Edinburgh Youth Gaiterin’ to partner Tradfest

We’re delighted to announce that Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin’ is offering our first ever EYG Taster Session at Tradfest this year. This is a one day traditional music workshop for 13-18 year-olds open to intermediate and advanced players.

It will be lead by tutors Catriona Hawksworth (Heisk) and Imogen Bose-Ward (Balter) who will teach and arrange exciting folk repertoire.

This event is a taster of future Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin’ events Hands up for Trad will be running in collaboration with Edinburgh Tradfest in 2020.
