TASTER SESSIONS FOR EDINBURGH YOUTH GAITHERIN'

If you’re aged 13-18 and would like to try out the Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin’ traditional music workshops, we have two taster sessions happening this April.

These mean you can try out some music-making with the other students and get to know each other and the tutors. We'd particularly encourage those who are newer to playing music to come along to these – however, all levels will be catered for by our experienced team of band and support tutors. Young people are welcome to attend one or both dates, in addition to the Big Band Weekend (4-6 May) or as a standalone musical experience.

Taster workshops will take place 10am–1pm on 20 and 27 April at the Scottish Storytelling Centre, Edinburgh.
